Welcome to P & F Treasures and More. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of pftreasures.com and purchases made through our website or directly with our business.

By accessing our website, placing an order, booking an appointment, or purchasing merchandise from us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and Vintage, Consignment & One-of-a-Kind Item Policy.

Merchandise and Product Information

P & F Treasures and More offers vintage, consignment, pre-owned, estate-sourced, special-order, new, and one-of-a-kind merchandise.

Many items may show signs of age, prior use, storage, handling, patina, natural variation, or normal wear. These characteristics are not necessarily defects and may be part of an item’s history and character.

We make every reasonable effort to describe and photograph merchandise accurately, including its:

Brand or maker
Condition
Size and measurements
Color and materials
Age or estimated period
Noticeable flaws, wear, repairs, or imperfections
Shipping or pickup restrictions

Colors, textures, proportions, and details may appear slightly different because of lighting, photography, screen settings, and the nature of vintage or pre-owned merchandise.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all photographs, descriptions, measurements, condition notes, prices, shipping details, and pickup information before purchasing. Customers may contact us before checkout to request additional photographs or information.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable sales tax, shipping charges, delivery charges, and other disclosed costs will be shown during checkout when required.

Prices, discounts, promotions, availability, and special-order options may change without notice.

P & F Treasures and More reserves the right to correct errors involving:

Product descriptions
Prices
Discounts
Inventory quantities
Shipping charges
Photographs
Website content
Technical or data-entry mistakes

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods offered at checkout or otherwise approved by P & F

Treasures and More.

An order is not guaranteed until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.

Product Availability

Many of our items are one of a kind and may be offered simultaneously:

On our website
In our physical store
On Poshmark, eBay, or another selling platform
At an event or through another approved sales channel

Although we work to keep inventory synchronized, an item may occasionally sell through another channel before the website inventory is updated.

If an item is unavailable, has already sold, contains an incorrect price, or cannot be fulfilled, P & F Treasures and More may cancel the affected order and issue a refund to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse an order when fraud, unauthorized payment activity, inventory errors, pricing errors, website misuse, or other legitimate concerns are suspected.

One-of-a-Kind Purchase Limits

Many products are unique and have an available inventory quantity of one.

Customers may not purchase more than the available quantity of an item. Our website may restrict customers to one unit of each one-of-a-kind product per order.

Placing an item in a shopping cart does not reserve it. Availability is confirmed only after checkout and successful payment.

Special Orders

Special-order merchandise may require confirmation of:

Current price
Availability
Deposit requirements
Estimated delivery time
Shipping costs
Local-pickup arrangements
Cancellation or return conditions

Additional conditions applying to a special order will be disclosed before the order is finalized.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, special-order items are final sale.

Order Confirmation and Cancellation

After an order is placed, the customer may receive an electronic order confirmation. This confirms that the order was received but does not guarantee that every item can be fulfilled.

P & F Treasures and More may cancel an order when:

An item is no longer available
A price or product description was entered incorrectly
Payment cannot be verified
Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected
Shipping or delivery cannot reasonably be completed
The customer provides incomplete or inaccurate information
A technical or inventory error occurs

When an order is canceled after payment, an applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping

Shipping availability, cost, and delivery methods vary depending on the item’s size, weight, value, condition, and fragility.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Orders are generally prepared for shipment within the processing period stated in our Shipping Policy. If we cannot ship within the promised period, we will contact the customer regarding the delay and available options.

Federal rules generally require online sellers to have a reasonable basis for their stated shipping time. When no shipping period is stated, merchandise generally must be shipped within 30 days. If a seller cannot meet the applicable period, the customer must be offered an appropriate delay option or refund.

Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed by P & F Treasures and More.

Additional shipping terms, including damaged packages, tracking, incorrect addresses, and returned shipments, are provided in our separate Shipping Policy.

Local Pickup

Eligible orders may be picked up at:

Customers must wait until they receive confirmation that the order is ready before arriving.

Pickup is available during posted store hours or by an appointment agreed upon in advance.

Customers may be required to provide:

Order confirmation
Valid identification
The payment card used for the purchase, when appropriate

Customers should inspect pickup items before leaving the store whenever possible.

Orders that are not collected within an agreed period may be subject to additional arrangements. We will attempt to contact the customer before taking further action.

Returns and Refunds

Because much of our inventory is vintage, consignment, pre-owned, estate-sourced, special-order, or one of a kind, all sales are final unless an item was materially misrepresented.

Returns are not accepted for reasons such as:

Buyer’s remorse
Change of mind
Fit or sizing
Color variation caused by screens or photography
Disclosed vintage wear or age-related imperfections
Customer-provided address errors

A customer who believes an item was materially misrepresented must contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup and follow the procedure described in our Return Policy.

Our separate Return Policy is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.

New Jersey retailers must conspicuously disclose their refund policies before purchase. We therefore display our final-sale policy online and at our physical store.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Customers should inspect orders promptly after delivery or pickup.

If an item arrives damaged or the wrong item was received, contact us within 48 hours and provide:

The order number
A description of the problem
Clear photographs of the item
Photographs of the shipping box and packaging, when applicable

Customers must retain the item and packaging while the concern is reviewed.

Do not return an item without authorization.

Gift Cards

When available, gift cards may be used according to the conditions displayed at purchase or redemption.

Gift cards:

Have no cash value except where required by law
May not be replaced if lost or used without authorization, unless otherwise required
Cannot be used to purchase another gift card unless permitted by Wix or the payment system
Must be redeemed through the approved P & F Treasures and More checkout process

Any additional gift-card terms displayed at the time of purchase also apply.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes may be:

Limited in duration
Restricted to eligible products
Subject to minimum-purchase requirements
Limited to one use per customer
Unavailable with other promotions
Modified or discontinued where legally permitted

Discounts have no cash value and cannot be applied retroactively unless specifically stated.

Website Use

Our website may be used only for lawful shopping, communication, and informational purposes.

Users may not:

Attempt unauthorized access to the website or another customer’s information
Interfere with website operation or security
Submit false or fraudulent information
Use automated tools to scrape or copy website content
Misuse promotions, payment systems, or customer accounts

P & F Treasures and More is not responsible for:

Platform outages
Carrier delays
Third-party privacy practices
Unauthorized activity occurring on an outside platform

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our website and merchandise are provided on an “as available” and, for vintage and pre-owned merchandise, “as described” basis.

Except for representations expressly made in a listing or rights that cannot legally be excluded, we do not provide additional warranties regarding:

Collectible or resale value
Compatibility
Durability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Authenticity beyond the information or documentation disclosed in the listing

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, P & F Treasures and More will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from:

Customer misuse of an item
Carrier delays
Third-party platforms
Unauthorized account activity
Lost profits or anticipated resale value

Our total responsibility for a claim involving a purchased item will not exceed the amount paid for that item, except where a greater remedy is required by law.
