Intricately carved Hindu goddess figurine believed to depict Lakshmi, shown standing gracefully on a detailed lotus blossom.

The four-armed figure holds lotus buds in her raised hands while one forward hand is positioned in a traditional blessing gesture. Fine carving throughout the headdress, jewelry, clothing, facial features and lotus pedestal gives the sculpture an elegant and highly decorative appearance.

The creamy ivory-colored figure is permanently displayed on a stepped dark wood base. It measures approximately 5 inches tall overall, including the base.
