More than a boutique, P & F Treasures and More offers personalized concierge services for your home, your wardrobe, your belongings, and life’s transitions. From consignment, personal shopping and sourcing to decorating, staging, organization, and estate and property coordination, we provide hands-on guidance tailored to each client’s needs.
Before requesting a consignment appointment, please complete the first step of our consignment process by submitting clear photos of your items and a completed item list for review.
Please do not schedule an appointment until your items have been reviewed and you have been invited to move forward.
Accepted Categories & Item Guidelines At P & F Treasures and More, we carefully curate quality pieces that complement our boutique and appeal to our customers. Items should be clean and in new, like-new, or excellent resellable condition. We are especially interested in: • Vintage fashion for women and men • Designer and luxury pieces • Designer handbags and wallets • Shoes and boots • Jewelry and watches • Quality clothing and accessories • Collectibles, including stamps, coins and sports cards • Vinyl records and music collectibles • Select vintage cameras and electronics • Video games and gaming systems • Mancave items, sports memorabilia and distinctive collectibles • Select home décor and unique decorative pieces Furniture and larger pieces are considered by prior approval only.
Items We Cannot Accept We do not accept broken, torn, stained, dirty, heavily worn, or damaged items. All items must be clean, complete, and in strong resellable condition. We generally do not accept: Children’s clothing, baby gear, or everyday children’s items Common or mass-market toys Common dolls without collectible or resale value Items with missing pieces, strong odors, excessive wear, or significant damage Counterfeit or replica designer merchandise Items that do not fit our current inventory needs or customer demand Select vintage, collectible, or specialty dolls and toys may be considered by prior approval.
Step-by-Step Intake Process To help us review items efficiently and maintain our curated inventory, all potential consignors must complete our pre-screening process before scheduling an appointment. 1. Submit Photos and an Item List Start by sending clear photos and a completed item list of the pieces you would like us to consider for consignment. 2. We Review Your Submission Our team will review your photos and item list to determine which pieces may be a good fit for P & F Treasures and More. 3. Schedule Your Appointment If items are approved for the next step, you’ll be invited to schedule a consignment appointment. 4. Bring Your Pre-Approved Items and Paperwork Please bring only your pre-approved items, along with a printed copy of your item list and your signed consignment agreement. 5. Final In-Person Review All items are physically inspected during your appointment. Final acceptance is based on condition, style, seasonality, marketability, and our current inventory needs. 6. Intake and Inventory Accepted items will be entered into our inventory system and prepared for consignment. Please note: Submission of photos, an item list, or an invitation to schedule an appointment does not guarantee final acceptance. Items are accepted only after our in-person review. To keep the process efficient, please do not bring additional items that were not included in your original submission and pre-approved for review.
Donation Information Items not accepted for consignment may be donated only with the owner’s permission. If you choose to leave unaccepted items with P & F Treasures and More, those items become the property of P & F Treasures and More and may be sold, donated, recycled, or otherwise handled at our discretion. If you prefer not to donate your items, you are responsible for taking them with you at the conclusion of your appointment.
