Consign With Us
Consigning with P & F Treasures and More is a curated, appointment-based process designed to save time, improve organization, and ensure the best fit for our store and customers.
Accepted categories and item guidelines At P & F Treasures and More, we carefully curate items that are clean, stylish, and in new, like-new, or excellent resellable condition. We are especially interested in: Vintage pieces for women and men Designer and luxury items Designer handbags Shoes Jewelry Watches Clothing Collections such as stamps, coins, and sports cards Vinyl records Certain electronics Video games and gaming systems Mancave items and collectibles Furniture and larger items are accepted by approval only.
Items we cannot accept We do not accept broken, torn, stained, dirty, or heavily worn items. All items must be clean and in strong resellable condition. We also do not accept: Children’s items Dolls Toys
Step-by-step intake process To help us review items more efficiently, all potential consignors must complete our pre-screening process before booking an appointment. 1. Submit Photos and an Item List Start by sending clear photos and a completed item list of the pieces you would like to consign. 2. We Review Your Submission Our team will review your photos and item list to determine which items may be a good fit for P & F Treasures and More. 3. Schedule Your Appointment If your items are approved for the next step, you’ll be invited to schedule a consignment appointment. 4. Bring Your Items and Paperwork Please bring your pre-approved items, a printed copy of your item list, and your signed consignment agreement to your appointment. 5. Final In-Person Review All items are physically inspected during the appointment. Final acceptance is based on condition, style, seasonality, marketability, and current store needs. 6. Intake and Inventory Approved items will be entered into our system and prepared for consignment. Please note: Submission of photos or an item list does not guarantee acceptance. Only items approved after in-person review will be accepted for consignment. To keep the process efficient, please do not bring additional unreviewed items to your appointment.
Donation information Items not accepted for consignment may, in some cases, be accepted as donations and either sold or processed for donation to local partnering charities.
To begin the consignment process, please submit photos and a completed item list for review. If your items are approved for the next step, you’ll be invited to schedule an appointment and bring your signed consignment agreement.
