Whether you’re downsizing, transitioning to a new home, managing an estate, or handling the belongings and property of a deceased loved one, P & F Treasures and More approaches every situation with empathy, respect, and personalized attention. We understand these transitions can be emotional and overwhelming, and our goal is to help make the process more manageable. Our Estate & Property Concierge service provides hands-on coordination to help clients and families manage the many moving parts involved. Services may include sorting and organizing belongings, identifying items for consignment or resale, coordinating donations and clean-outs, assisting with household and property needs, and helping coordinate vehicles and other personal property. When specialized or licensed services are needed, we can help coordinate with appropriate professionals such as attorneys, real estate professionals, biohazard remediation companies, FFLs, contractors, movers, and other service providers. Every situation is different. We begin by understanding your needs, priorities, timeline, and property, then help develop and coordinate a personalized plan for moving forward.
